Villa Rica Map and Self-Guided Tour:
In August of 2014, Fullerville, a town in Villa Rica Georgia, released a self-guided walking trail of their historic textile sites. Some sites along this walking trail include the old Fullerville Jail (point 2 on the map), the Villa Rica Cotton Mill (point 4 on the map), and the Villa Rica Hosiery Mill (point 7 on the map). The guide brochure for this trail can be found below! It is full of a wealth of knowledge on Villa Rica’s textile history, so be sure to read through it! We have physical copies at the Center for Public History and there are some available at various location in Villa Rica.
